Tiffany has worked with young children for over 15 years and has enjoyed every minute!  She began as an Assistant Instructor in Pre-Ballet and Tap classes and then became the main Instructor for the early childhood dance classes at Diann's Dance Center in Cleveland, Ohio.  Tiffany taught dance for 10 years before finding the Music Together® program.  Music Together encompasses everything that she is passionate about - music, movement, creativity, education, and young children.  She became a Registered Music Together instructor in the fall of 2004.  She has taught Music Together classes for Wee Heart Music, Inc., Metropolis School of the Performing Arts, and Merry Music Makers, Inc.   

Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance from Ohio Northern University.  She teaches private voice lessons and is Head of the Voice Department at Metropolis School of the Performing Arts in Arlington Heights. Tiffany has been a part of the theater community for over 20 years and recently performed at NYC’s Lincoln Center in a staged reading of a rock musical called Another Tomorrow. In the summer of 2007, Tiffany was selected to attend The Circle in the Square Theatre School, the only accredited acting school on Broadway.

Jess Yoakum has been writing songs, singing, and playing guitar and flute for as long as she can remember. In 2005, she released her debut album of original folk tunes in collaboration with the amazing musicians she met while working at Berklee College of Music. She fell in love with the people and music scene in Chicago while on a national house concert tour and relocated here from Boston in 2008. She has been performing regularly and nannying ever since! She is also excited to announce the release of her second album, This Quiet Mile, in September 2010… www.jessyoakum.com  Jess took the Music Together teacher training in May of this year.

After studying theatre and voice at the University of Illinois and Goodman School of Drama, Jan performed in New York at such well known venues as Goodspeed Opera House and Manhattan Theatre Club, as well as with a national tour of the New York Shakespeare Festival. She received further vocal training in New York’s famed Jazzmobile program.  Jan has appeared in productions at The Goodman Theatre, Theatre at the Center and Lifeline Theatre, and was an original member of the acclaimed Chicago Chamber Choir.  Currently, Jan performs in a two-woman act, The Boomer Babes, at nightclubs and private parties, Stardust, a nostalgic vocal trio that plays with big bands and symphony orchestras and Shircago, Chicago's premier Jewish A Cappella quintet.
